Meet our private chef

At Alpine Pole Retreat, we wanted every part of your experience to reflect our values—including the food.

That's why we chose a healthy, nourishing and flavourful vegetarian cuisine, carefully crafted to fuel your body while celebrating fresh, seasonal ingredients. We believe that eating well should never mean compromising on taste.

Our private chef, Elodie, is passionate about creating balanced meals and takes great care in adapting each menu to support the physical demands of pole dance. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared to provide the energy and nutrients you need throughout the retreat, while making every meal a moment to savour.

Passionate about cooking and the art of hosting from a very young age, she trained alongside some of the most renowned names in French gastronomy, including Anne-Sophie Pic, Yoann Conte, Éric Frechon, and Marc Veyrat.

Lauriane — Coton de Soi

For Lauriane, massage goes beyond protocols — it is first and foremost an exchange and a collaboration. Asking “How do you feel?” is never just a formality, but the starting point for understanding what your body needs and choosing the most appropriate approach.

Her practice combines a range of techniques, from relaxing and therapeutic massage to muscular and visceral bodywork, Yin Thai Massage and joint mobilization, creating a space to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

As a pole dancer herself, Lauriane has a unique understanding of the physical demands of the discipline. She can focus on specific areas affected by pole practice and offer personalized advice and exercises to help extend the benefits of your massage beyond the session.

Her intention? To create a moment outside of time — a space free from judgement, entirely dedicated to you and your body.

One massage session with Lauriane is included for each participant during the retreat. Appointments will be arranged in advance to ensure everyone can enjoy their own dedicated moment of relaxation and recovery.
